Update the warning message about Java 11 not supported for running analysis

Description

CONTEXT

Since SonarQube 10.2 a warning message is added to the analysis performed with a scanner using JDK11. The support for running analysis with JDK11 was supposed to be dropped in SonarQube 10.3 but it will dropped in 10.4.

WHAT

The analysis warning message has to be updated in order to mention SonarQube 10.4
