Remove deprecated fields in the response of api/views/show

Description

The fields:

  • qualifier

  • projects
    Have been deprecated in version 9.2 and 9.3.

They can be removed now.

After checking the details of the response, it was decided to drop the deprecation added in 9.3 about qualifiers.
Due to the structure of the subviews, the qualifier has to be kept at that level in order to distinguish between applications and portfolios.
For keeping a consistent structure the qualifier is kept also on the root object of the hierarchy.
For this reason, the deprecation note in the endpoint has been removed.
