Consider the correct .sln file when there are multiple in project baseDir

Description

We are currently starting OmniSharp by passing the project baseDir as argument. When there are multiple .sln files (like here), OmniSharp will load a random one.

Since Rider "knows" the solution we have currently loaded, we should find a way to pass it to OmniSharp.
