Do not print the full stack trace in case of "InvalidProtocolBufferException"

Description

As described in https://sonarsource.atlassian.net/browse/JS-185, we are currently failing to deserialize some of the files. It will not crash the analysis, but write the error in the logs.

The stack trace of the exception is huge and will be printed for every file. We should avoid printing the stack trace to reduce the noise in the logs.
