Provide insight about how the cache works internally

Description

It can be done in the family doc or a blog post if we want to provide many details.

It would help users avoid edge conditions like macros representing build numbers, and checking out dependencies in a temporary random named path.

I followed this ticket in from the Community…

It looks like the improvement will be made to the elsewhere, but let the Docs Squad know if anything should be added to the SonarQube or SonarCloud pages.
