Remove rules superseded by DBD implementations from Sonar way

Description

The analyzer for advanced bug detection is ready to release a set of improved rule implementations, compared to the old SonarJava SE engine-based ones. The following Java rules should be taken out of the default quality profile to avoid unnecessary noise for users:
